Hi, I'm Tati!
I am a NASM Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, and Yoga Teacher. JoyFULL. This is the approach I take when it comes to health and fitness. You can enjoy all the glimmers of life and still treat your mind and body well. 

My Method:

I have always felt a strong, undeniable pull toward what has always been at the core of who I am: wellness, movement, and gratitude.

My interest in fitness and holistic wellness sparked at a young age and over the years I’ve immersed myself in research, completed certifications, and applied everything I’ve learned through real experiences, both personally and with clients. Throughout my experiences and studies, I developed my own training and wellness method. It focuses on healing the body from the inside out while delivering sustainable and long-lasting results. My method blends strength training, classical and contemporary Pilates techniques, dynamic movements, yoga, and linking our breath to our body in an intentional way. I believe in mindful movement. My research proves that results don't show up when movement isn't stemming from a place of mindfulness. Every session with me is intentional: form matters, breath matters, and your nervous system matters. I do not believe in overwhelming workouts that spike cortisol, leave you inflamed, or make you dread your next session. Challenging the body doesn’t have to feel chaotic or anxiety-inducing. You can get strong, sculpted, and energized in a calm, supportive, and sustainable way. This will truly heal and change both your body and your relationship with health and wellness. 

No two clients are the same and every body and every goal is different. I program thoughtfully and intentionally. I always honor where you are and what you need. My clients consistently see and feel results that last. They feel and look stronger, are more connected to their bodies, and are more confident in their movement. My method sculpts your body while restoring your relationship with it—relieving aches, pains, and imbalances through intentional movement and powerful mind-body connections.

The foundation of my method begins with your core and your breath. I believe a strong core is essential, both physically and energetically, for your wellbeing. Most aches, pains, and imbalances stem from core weakness or disconnection. This is where I start...at the center of your body and at the core of who you are, who you want to become and how you want to feel. From here, everything else strengthens and sculpts naturally.

My method is simple! Working out, eating well and feeling well should not feel intimidating or punishing. In fact, the less you obsess over  all of it, the better and faster your results tend to be.  

Choosing to work  with me means that health and wellness become a lifestyle that you naturally adapt, often without even realizing it. Our sessions fly by and before you know it, you will be feel stronger, energized, and more at home in your body than ever before.

I’m skilled at what I do and I stand behind my method. My approach isn’t about extremes, it’s about balance, joy, and sustainable practices.
